Workforce Profile

Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES)

The NHS Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES) is a tool that has been used since April 2015 to support local and national NHS organisations to review their workforce data against nine WRES indicators to enable them to produce an action plan to improve the workplace experiences of Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority (BAME) staff.

Our WRES 2019 report has been completed and submitted to NHS England. Our WRES 2019 report informs our workforce action planning. We aren’t publishing the report on our website because we are a small organisation, and the data regarding our staff that is included in the report may be identifiable.

You can access more information about WRES on the NHS England WRES webpage.
